This website (vedantasrestaurantmunirka.com) belongs to Vedanta's Restaurant, 209-B/III, S.S. Rathi Complex, BGN Market, Munirka, New Delhi – 110067 ("we", "us"). This page explains, in plain words, what information we handle when you use the website.

1. What we collect

We do not ask you to create an account or log in, and this website does not have a database of its own. We only see information you choose to type in:

• Order form: the dishes you add, your name and, for delivery, your address.
• Booking form: your name, event type, date, number of guests and any notes.

This information is used only to build a WhatsApp message. It is sent to us when you tap the "Send on WhatsApp" or "Book on WhatsApp" button, and not before. The website itself does not store or upload what you type.

2. How we use it

• To receive, confirm and deliver your order or table booking.
• To call or message you about that order or booking.
• To plan catering for weddings and parties you enquire about.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Third-party services

When you use some features you leave this website or load content from other companies. They have their own privacy policies, which we do not control:

• WhatsApp (Meta), for sending orders, bookings and enquiries.
• Zomato and Swiggy, if you choose to order there.
• Instagram (Meta), if you open our profile.
• Google Maps, for directions to the restaurant.
• Google Fonts, which loads the fonts used on this site. Google may receive your IP address when the fonts load.

4. Cookies

This website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The third-party services above may use cookies once you open them.

5. How long we keep it

Messages you send us on WhatsApp stay in our WhatsApp chat history. We keep order and booking details only as long as needed to serve you and for our basic business records. You can ask us to delete your chat and details at any time.

6. Your choices

• You can ask what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them.
• You can choose not to share your name or address, but we may then be unable to deliver your order.

7. Children

This website is meant for adults and families ordering food. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Security

We take reasonable care of the details you send us. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please do not share sensitive details such as card numbers or passwords with us over WhatsApp.

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
